I've a large active dog and putting my baby inside the Ergo ensures she stays snuggled near me anf the husband still gets enough exercise. It also allows me to obtain back in shape, too. Carrying my daughter in the Ergo on walks enables me to get additional out of it and I can pause and do squats and lunges also.
